Due to large orders we receive from over 100 dealers world-wide, we find that we must replenish stock on a rotating system.  Depending on the orders we have on hand at a certain period of time, we fill the inventory based on the oldest order at that time.  We make enough of these items for all present orders, dealer and web customers alike.  If you ordered more than 1 item, and one of them is out of stock, we will complete and send your  order after that item is made in the sequence explained above. This procedure is the most efficient for us and it helps to get every one's order shipped iin the least amount of time.  Please remember, we make all of our 1400 different items by hand and this requires much more time per item than any mass produced product.

We have irregular shop hours (many hours are in the evening and late nights) due to rehearsals, teachiing, and concerts in which we are involved.  We both try to respond to all inquiries as soon as possible, but, since we receive large numbers of messages and emails per day, we may not be able to respond for a day or so.  Please email or call again if you haven't heard from us within 72 hours.  Be persistent!  Thanks.
